REFUND POLICY
All payments made to Femi Lazarus Mentorship Academy are for the reservation of mentorship slots, access to proprietary training resources, administrative preparation, and programme delivery.
Accordingly, payments are non-refundable once access to the mentorship programme, training materials, live sessions, recordings, or community platforms has been granted, and/ or where the programme has commenced, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
Non-Delivery:
Where FLMA fails to commence or deliver the advertised programme without a reasonable justification.
Material Error in Payment:
Where a duplicate payment is verifiably made by the participant.
Regulatory Requirement:
Where a refund is mandated by Nigerian consumer protection laws or regulatory directives.
Refunds shall not be granted for:
Change of mind after registration or payment.
Failure or inability of a participant to attend sessions.
Scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or non-participation.
Partial attendance or incomplete participation.
Access already granted to learning materials, recordings, or platforms.
Where a refund is approved, it shall be processed within a reasonable time using the original payment method, subject to administrative verification.
